Meet Our Team

Elijah McAllister

Founder and President

The ability to bounce back and embody true endurance.

Elijah was raised in Asbury Park, NJ. From serving in church every Sunday to using his time for various community initiatives, Elijah has always been a pillar in his community. He attended Rumson Fair Haven HS where he was sidelined with ACL tears in both 2016 and 2017. Despite these setbacks, McAllister finished high school as one of the top athletes in the state of New Jersey.

With the help of his family and coaches, McAllister decided on Vanderbilt University coming out of high school, noting the academic rigor and the athletic opportunity as key reasons for his decision. At Vanderbilt, Elijah was a two-time team captain, recorded 65 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks. Further he graduated with both a bachelor's degree and master's degree from the University.

Following his junior campaign with Vanderbilt, McAllister founded All Four One and One For All. McAllister’s inspiration for the foundation comes from a long history of community involvement. Elijah has always been a leader so starting his own foundation was something done without a second thought. After transferring to Auburn he was selected as Team Captain and started as an Outside Linebacker while pursuing a PhD in Education.

He has aspirations to continue his professional football career, finish his PhD degree, and become an Athletic Director or General Manager through the path God has set for him. Elijah plans to continue making an impact in the community in a positive way through the foundation. The actions of Elijah make it clear that his mission and purpose are to elevate those around him and to help those who need it the most.
